Terms of Service

1.1 Agreement Scope

By using our services, you agree to the following terms. This agreement governs all services provided by Company and applies to all clients engaging with us for network diagnostics, installation, and optimization.

1.2. Scope of Services

We provide on-site Wi-Fi and wired network diagnostics, optimization, cable installation, and third-party device setup. Our services include consultation, on-site analysis, equipment recommendations, installation, and troubleshooting. We do not provide ISP services and are not responsible for network outages caused by your internet provider.

1.3. Service Commitment & Client Responsibilities

We guarantee high-quality service, but network improvements depend on factors beyond our control, such as hardware limitations and external interference. The client is responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the property where the service is performed. The client must provide accurate information about existing network infrastructure before the service begins. Company is not responsible for pre-existing issues within the client’s network infrastructure or for errors caused by third-party equipment.

1.4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients must notify us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations or rescheduling. If a cancellation occurs less than 2 hours before the scheduled service, a cancellation fee up to 20% of the service fee may apply.

1.5. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service if we identify safety hazards, uncooperative behavior, or fraudulent activities. If a service is refused after partial work has been completed, the client is still responsible for payment for the completed portion of the service.

Privacy Policy

2.1. Information We Collect

Personal Information: Name, phone number, email, billing address, and service location. Technical Data: Network diagnostics, signal strength reports, device connections, and internet speed tests. Payment Information: Transaction details for invoicing, but we do not store credit card information.

2.2. How We Use Your Data

To provide diagnostics, installation, and customer support. To improve our services and optimize Wi-Fi and wired network setups. To generate reports on network performance and recommended improvements. To process invoices, payments, and refunds.

2.3. Data Retention & Client Rights

Our agreement allows clients to request complete deletion of diagnostic data (except for final results) within 30 days after the diagnostic is performed. Upon request, Company will delete non-essential diagnostic data, retaining only a record of network performance improvements for future reference. Clients may request access to their stored information, corrections, or deletion by contacting [email protected].

2.4. Data Security & Third-Party Sharing

We implement security measures to protect collected data from unauthorized access. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties, except when legally required. Payment transactions are processed securely via third-party payment gateways, and we do not store credit card details.

Payment Policy

3.1. Payment Methods & Terms

We accept bank transfers, Zelle, and electronic payments. All invoices must be paid within 5 business days after service completion. A 5% late fee applies for overdue payments.

3.2. Deposits & Application of Fees

A 10% deposit may be required before the project star

A 10% deposit may be required before the project starts. This deposit can be applied toward the final project cost. In case of client cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable unless the service was not initiated.

3.4. Refunds & Service Adjustments

Payments are non-refundable once services have been rendered, except in cases of errors caused by Company. If a service adjustment is required due to client-provided misinformation, additional costs may apply.

Warranty & Liability Disclaimer

4.1. Installation Warranty

We provide a 6-month warranty for cable installations and network optimization services. This warranty covers corrections due to installation defects but does not cover external damage, third-party tampering, or equipment failure unrelated to our work.

4.2. No Guarantees on ISP Performance

The company optimizes internal network setups but cannot guarantee performance improvements if the bottleneck is caused by your internet provider. Clients should consult their ISP for bandwidth limitations, external network congestion, or service outages.

4.3. Limitations of Liability

We are not responsible for: Third-party device failures (modems, routers, smart home devices). Power outages, natural disasters, or interference from other networks. Delays are caused by third-party hardware suppliers or manufacturers. Company shall not be liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages, including loss of business revenue or data.

Dispute Resolution

5.1. Initial Resolution Attempt

Clients must first contact the Company at [email protected] to resolve disputes before seeking legal action. We aim to resolve complaints within 10 business days.

5.2. Arbitration & Jurisdiction

If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in California. Clients agree that legal claims will be governed by the laws of California, USA.
