Great experience working with Black Owls Network Communications. I needed my condo’s media box converted from an old phone module to Ethernet so the wall ports throughout the unit could be used for wired internet. They installed the Ethernet module and switch quickly and the setup works perfectly. Communication was easy, they showed up on time, and the work was clean and professional. I’m now getting excellent wired speeds across the apartment. Would definitely hire them again for any networking work.

Black Owls Network Communications and the team were a pleasure to work with. I requested help to install Eve outdoor cameras and some smart switches inside my home. Two of the outdoor cameras required a more challenging installation on a stucco wall. They ran electrical supply from a nearby outlet, did drywall patchwork, and had an electrician help confirm the work before closing. They were also very understanding and flexible with my schedule, and very responsive. I’m thankful that I was able to have all of this completed so quickly during the holidays. Without a doubt, I would use their services again if I need them.
