SMS TERMS OF SERVICE

Program description. Black Owls Network Communications, Inc. (“Black Owls,” “we,” “us”) sends SMS text messages to customers and prospective customers who have opted in to receive them. Messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, technician dispatch and arrival updates, quote and estimate follow-ups, invoice and payment notifications, and responses to customer inquiries.

How to opt in. You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a Black Owls form, by texting us first, or by providing your phone number to a Black Owls representative and confirming verbally that you wish to receive text messages.

Message frequency. Frequency varies based on your active service requests. You should expect to receive SMS messages only when there is a relevant update on your account or service.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your wireless carrier and plan. Black Owls does not charge for messages sent through this program.

How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further SMS will be sent. You may also email legal@blackowls-nc.com to request removal.

Supported carriers. SMS service is available on all major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and US Cellular. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data to any third party for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted at blackowls-nc.com/sms-terms.
